BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY

Effective Immediately

To protect our stylists’ time, ensure punctual service, and maintain a premium client experience, the following policies apply to all appointments without exception.

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.
Appointments are not confirmed until a 40% non-refundable deposit has been successfully paid and an official confirmation message has been received.

We do not hold appointment times without payment.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service balance on your appointment day
• Deposits secure your stylist, materials, and reserved time
• Failure to attend your appointment results in full forfeiture of your deposit

CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION

A valid debit or credit card must remain on file for all bookings.

By booking, you authorize us to charge your card for:

• Remaining service balance
• Late cancellations
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules
• No-shows
• Policy violations resulting in appointment forfeiture

ACCURATE SERVICE SELECTION

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service, hair length, and density category at the time of booking.

If the selected service does not accurately reflect your hair, we reserve the right to:

• Add the appropriate upgrade fee
• Modify your service
• Reschedule your appointment
• Or cancel the appointment if time does not permit — deposit will be forfeited

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Appointments are only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation via text or email.

Failure to receive confirmation means your appointment has not been secured.

ONE PERSON PER APPOINTMENT

Only the scheduled client is permitted inside the salon during their appointment.
No additional guests or children are allowed unless approved in advance.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Hair condition is unsafe
• Required preparation has not been completed
• Policies are violated
• Behavior is disruptive or inappropriate
• Client arrives late beyond the grace period

In such cases, the appointment and deposit are forfeited.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for reviewing policies prior to booking.


CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Effective Immediately

Our time is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, your stylist and service window are removed from availability and cannot be resold at short notice. The following policies strictly apply.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late cancellations.

LATE CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Late cancellations are subject to the following charges:

• 40% deposit is forfeited

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows and subject to full forfeiture and penalty charges.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A no-show is defined as:

• Failure to arrive
• Arrival more than 15 minutes late
• Failure to communicate prior to appointment time

No-shows result in:

• 100% forfeiture of your 40% deposit

GRACE PERIOD

Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period.

Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may be:

• Shortened
• Rescheduled
• Or canceled at the stylist’s discretion — deposit forfeited


EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS

True medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Proof may be required. Approval is not guaranteed.

REPEAT OFFENDER POLICY

Clients who violate cancellation policies two or more times may be permanently restricted or banned from future bookings.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

By booking, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your card on file.

All policies are strictly enforced without exception.

CHILDREN & MINOR POLICY

Effective Immediately

To ensure safety, service quality, and a calm salon environment, the following policies apply to all clients under the age of 18.

MINOR CONSENT REQUIREMENT

All clients under 18 years of age must have written parental or legal guardian consent on file prior to receiving any service.

Consent must include:

• Guardian full name
• Valid ID
• Contact number
• Emergency contact authorization

GUARDIAN PRESENCE

A parent or legal guardian must remain inside the salon for the entire duration of the minor’s appointment.

Minors may not be left unattended at any time.

BEHAVIOR RESPONSIBILITY

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their minor during the appointment.

Disruptive behavior may result in service refusal and forfeiture of deposit.

INFANT & TODDLER POLICY

For safety reasons, we do not provide services to infants or toddlers under age 5.


SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Certain services may be restricted for minors based on safety, scalp condition, or service complexity.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking for a minor, the guardian accepts full responsibility for outcomes, reactions, and aftercare compliance.
