Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with our policies.

We strive to provide the highest quality braiding and styling services. Service duration is an estimate and may vary depending on hair length, density, texture, and complexity of the chosen style. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimated time before proceeding.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and may offer a complimentary correction service at our discretion. Results may vary depending on hair type, maintenance, and aftercare compliance.

You must inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety. If you experience any discomfort during a service, please inform your stylist immediately.

Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining your style. We will provide aftercare instructions following your appointment. Honey Bel Hair is not responsible for damage, unraveling, or premature wear resulting from improper aftercare or maintenance.

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Worth, Texas.
