About the Role
Honey Bel Hair is a premium hair braiding salon rooted in Fort Worth, TX, known for delivering beautifully crafted, culturally rich braiding styles in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate and professional Salon Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience. As the first point of contact for every client, you’ll set the tone for the elevated braiding experience we’re known for — making sure every visit feels seamless, special, and intentional. From managing bookings and coordinating our braiders’ schedules to engaging with clients on social media, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Honey Bel Hair running beautifully.
What You'll Do
Manage all client appointment bookings via our online booking platform
Greet and check in clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner
Coordinate scheduling between clients and braiders to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times
Ensure the salon is always presentation-ready and reflects the Honey Bel Hair standard
Track and follow up on appointments, rescheduling requests, and cancellations
Support marketing efforts including content scheduling, social media posting, and responding to Google reviews
Manage retail product displays and assist with inventory tracking
Process client payments and handle receipts accurately
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon, spa, or customer-facing service role
Proficiency with scheduling software and online booking platforms
Exceptional communication skills across all channels (in-person, phone, email, and social media DMs)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Comfortable with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
Positive, professional, and fully aligned with the Honey Bel Hair brand values
Must have reliable transportation to our Fort Worth, TX location

Social media literacy (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile)

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
