About the Role
Honey Bel Hair is a premium hair braiding salon rooted in Fort Worth, TX. We specialize in delivering beautifully crafted, culturally rich braiding styles in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a Senior Hair Braider who brings artistry, professionalism, and passion to every client interaction. As a Senior Braider, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience — creating everything from sleek box braids and Senegalese twists to intricate knotless braids and loc styles. You’ll also play a key mentorship role for our junior team members, helping elevate the entire team’s craft.
What You'll Do
Perform a full range of braiding styles including knotless braids, box braids, Senegalese twists, faux locs, cornrows, and more
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand hair goals and recommend styles
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and salon professionalism
Mentor and support Junior Hair Braiders on the team
Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service
Manage appointment bookings and client follow-ups
Contribute to a positive, uplifting salon culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of professional hair braiding experience
Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of braiding techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused salon environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Must have reliable transportation to our Fort Worth, TX location

Expert-level braiding techniques (knotless, box braids, cornrows, Senegalese twists, passion twists, faux locs)
Hair preparation and treatment knowledge
